COMMUNITY STAFF TEAM

The Community Staff Team is an exclusive group that operates across the entirety of Pathos to ensure that the player receives the best playing experience possible. Our mission is to maintain a safe and inviting environment on the Roblox and Discord platform that encourages player engagement, respect, and the formation of friendships. We value impartiality in our work and ensure that everyone is subject to fair treatment within the game through punishment, fair trial and appeal.

We operate directly underneath the Office of the Administrator and follow a small hierarchy system which makes us a niche yet effective team that the community recognises as a trusted body, our number one priority is and always will be serving the community and upholding the values set by our team across all of Pathos' experience.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

One of CSTs primary directives is to engage the community, they achieve this via not only moderation and safeguarding methods but also by hosting large-scale events, praising community creations, and increasing server retention efforts. They are tasked with distributing over 5000 Robux monthly to the community. CST are making a constant effort to remain in tune with the community via maintaining a high level of transparency and a close connection with the Pathos Community.

Additionally, CST lead our community creator program and is responsible for handing out all the exclusive discord roles within our communications server.

RECRUITMENT

A position within CST can be obtained in numerous ways. It's important to note that CST is an extremely exclusive team within Pathos and thus entry is not easy. Entry is granted via portfolios, handpicks or applications which are currently closed.
